2. 2PICK A TILE ON THE GRID!Each round you pick one tile from a 10×10 grid. A single laser then fires across one row or one column.
3. 3DODGE THE LASER!If your tile sits on the lasered row or column, you lose. Survive and that row or column collapses — the grid shrinks and your multiplier climbs.
4. 4CASH OUT OR GO ALL THE WAY!Cash out any time to lock your winnings, or push deeper for up to ~95×. Survive all 18 rounds and the grid collapses to a single tile — pure provably-fair on-chain. Each ~1$ played = 10 IPs.

Yes. Every Grid Run round on Superstake is decided by a commit–reveal scheme: the server publishes a hash of its secret seed before you bet, and reveals the seed afterwards. Because the commitment is made first, the house cannot change an outcome once a round is underway — and anyone can re-run the maths to confirm the result matches the hash.
